100% Stoneground White Flour, Butter, Milk, Eggs, Yeast, Caster Sugar, Ground and Flaked Almonds, Salt.

To make our almond croissants we take a generous portion of our own homemade sweet almond paste and wrap an all butter croissant around it. We egg wash each one and then dip them in flaked almonds. After baking we sprinkle them in icing sugar: c’est formidable!
